Managing the workload in the machine shop and the assembly, test and calibration
department using an Manage 2000 (Epicor) MRP system is Linda's primary responsibility.
Additional duties include: maintaining configuration control, customer and QED drawing
files, drawing changes and Design Change Notices (DCN).

Supervising the assembly, testing and calibration of both the pressure gauge and
the cockpit accelerometer product lines, Rick has the largest department in the
company.

Supervising the machine shop employees, Keith also buys tools for the shop.

All purchasing issues should be directed to Paula. Items that QED purchases include:
raw materials including aluminum bar and tube, stainless steel hex and rod, acrylic
and polycarbonate sheets, stampings, machined and honed parts and services, hardware,
chemicals and more.

Bob Peterson
Compliance Manager ext. 224
Responsible for maintaining QED’s registrations for AS9100 and ISO9001. Other responsibilities
include: in-process and final inspection, first article reports, quality engineering,
auditing and supplier qualification.
